Replacement Conservatory Roof in Lancaster
Four Seasons Roof Systems recently completed a project in Lancaster on a new build house.
Four Seasons Roof Systems recently completed a project in Lancaster on a new build house. The customers house was positioned alongside the canal and so they were able to enjoy spectacular views over the countryside and canal. With a perfectly positioned conservatory off part of the side and back of the house they could spend their time watching the boats go past and observe the wildlife by the water. However, their conservatory like most conservatories had a Perspex roof making it impossible to sit in at certain times of the day or year as the temperature inside can fluctuate depending on what the weather is like outside.
Our customers decided to invest in having a Metrotile shingle roof which was roughly 16 metres squared. As you can see from the photographs they opted for ebony coloured tiles. In addition, inside we installed 8 spot lights into the roof and 2 chandeliers which were fitted by a fully qualified electrician. While we endeavour to do all the work “in house” when specific tasks such as electrical work are required, we will defer to a qualified electrician, guaranteeing you a professional and safe job.
While it was a sizeable conservatory with a large roof the whole project was completed in 5 days with no inconvenience to the customer. To see the final results, check out the photographs included.
Our customers can now sit and relax in their conservatory at any time of the day or any time of the year, whether the sun is shining or it’s snowing. The new Metrotile shingle roof perfectly regulates the temperature inside so it never gets too hot or too cold.
